UNIGRĂ€ INVESTS IN GROWTH AND FUTURE

Conselice (RA), Sept. 20, 2016 – A great structural investment for a future of business growth and development: this is the spirit that drove Unigrà during the launch of the building project of its new headquarter, currently under construction in the Group’s historical location in Conselice (RA), near its core production site.

The space will host new offices and ad hoc areas which will supplement the existing ones, enlarging remarkably the employees’ working area. But this will not be a mere expansion: the new complex has been strategically devised to become the ideation, implementation and coordination centre for all the international operations that involve the 100 countries where Unigrà is present with its products.

The project was devised and implemented by Architect Gian Paolo Mar of MAR Studio (Venice), an architecture and engineering company with over 50 years of experience in the realisation of important commercial buildings and business parks, tourist accommodation facilities and hotels, marinas and university campuses. Unigrà's core objective in such an ambitious bet on future is to keep reinforcing its own location in the spirit of Italianness, innovation and top quality which have always been the values at the very basis of the Group. At the same time, the new headquarter is part of a greater plan for a reorganization and rationalization in terms of logistic processes and technical and productive functions, which will make it possible for the Group to achieve crucial results in increased efficiency and optimization of the resources. But that’s not all. In fact, a new “training centre” is already under construction; that is, a large application laboratory intended to host a number of activities that are crucial to the R&D and Marketing functions. Fully equipped to conduct application tests preceding the launch of new products, the lab will also serve as an actual “Accademia” for the formation of sales personnel, group demonstrations and specific meetings with the clients.
